SHIPPING & COLLECTION

                                          

A majority of our products are made to order, except small items such as our EGR Delete Kits. Products that are made to order, such as snorkels, intercooler products & airboxes, are not fabricated the same week that an order is placed. 
Please contact us for current estimated lead times as they vary throughout the year.
  

We offer Fitment*, Pick Up and Delivery across most, if not all, of our products at Fabwitz Industries. Please refer to the below table outlining the lead times for Pick Up and Dispatch of orders.

*Fitment is available for Selected products only. All applicable products will have the fitment option visible in their "Supply Method" section. If a product does not have this in its "Supply Method" section, then it is not an applicable product therefore fitment is not available.
                   
**We do not ship to PO Box addresses for large products such as snorkels, Front Mount Intercooler Kits and other selected products. We can only ship these to a Residential Address or to your place of work in which a business name must be provided. If you choose the "Authority To Leave" option for your order, we are not liable for any form of refund or replacement if the order is potentially stolen after being delivered. Care is taken by our nominated couriers to have your order left in a safe place unless another "safe place" is specified by you. Loss/theft cases must be reported to the courier directly as well as to your local police if theft is suspected, not to Fabwitz as we are not liable to cover loss/theft.
  
**Valid phone numbers are a requirement for all orders. Fabwitz Industries is not liable to cover any additional fees associated with shipping of an order, if it is deemed a failed delivery or a case in which the courier is unable to contact you via the provided contact number which may result in the order being returned to us. Any order returned to us that needs rebooking will incur another shipping fee to be paid by you, the customer.

*The above standard lead times given are estimates (Est.) and can change based on a variety of circumstances, such as a higher than usual influx of orders from a sale period, Public Holidays, shutdown periods (Christmas/New Year) and can be impacted by weather events such as flooding.

       
Please note: if you are arranging for your vehicle to be tuned etc. after installing our kits, we highly recommend waiting until your order has been delivered to you before making any booking/s. This also applies if you are arranging to have the product/s installed by a third-party business.                

     
Fitment of a product can be made by appointment only. We do not offer fitment across our airbox range, unless the airbox is purchased with a snorkel in one order. Fitment is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday only - NO Exceptions.
  
 
For all Pick Up orders, we will advise you once your order is ready for collection so you can then arrange a date/time to collect your order. We do not offer walk-ins; all pickup orders are stored in an upper level. Our team requires advance notice to allow ample time for your order to be brought down to the office. 
Collection of an order is only available during our office trading hours which are stated below:
   
 
Office hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (Monday to Friday)
We are closed on Weekends and QLD Public Holidays

 
For deliveries, we book them in with the courier every Thursday and orders are dropped off to our courier depot every Friday, unless otherwise advised. Any issues in relation to delays once an order has been dispatched, via courier or Australia Post, will need to be directed to the courier/Australia Post not Fabwitz Industries. Once a courier/Australia Post has taken the order, the ETA is out of our control. **Email must be provided for your tracking information to be sent to you.          
   


-------------- INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING --------------

           

A "Direct to Customer" shipment option through us is not available due to issues where additional charges have been applied based on packing not being compliant with varying customs offices. Due to this reason, we recommend sourcing a freight forwarder that can collect the order from us, on your behalf, and package it suitably for transit to you.

You can also try the "Pack & Send" office below however, they do not collect from us as we are outside their designated freight zone. We can drop the order to this office for a small fee ($45) where they can then package the order suitably for transit to you.

It is important to note that in some countries, duties and taxes must be paid before the shipments are released from customs. Fabwitz Industries is not liable to cover these costs - it is the responsibility of the customer.
   
A shipment's duty and tax amount are based on the following:
   
•    Product value
•    Trade agreements
•    Country of manufacture
•    Description and end use of the product
•    The product's Harmonized System (HS) code
•    Country-specific regulations
   

If you decide to arrange your own freight, please know there are a few key points that we must advise on when it comes to arranging your own freight
   
•    Orders are only lightly wrapped in bubble-wrap suitable for general collection, not suitable for freight.
•    Fabwitz Industries are not liable for any damages caused by transit, or by the courier when packaging your order. If damage occurs, you will need to contact the courier to lodge a claim of insurance if you opted to include insurance when arranging freight with them.
•    Most transit companies do not collect from our location as we are considered rural, they will outsource a third-party carrier to collect on their behalf. This will add an extra 2-3 business days to your transit time. Unless you select Pack & Send (Springfield).
