Toyota 1HZ Exhaust Manifold - with CT26 Turbocharger Flange

Toyota Landcruiser Split-Pulse Exhaust Manifold.

Compatible with 1HZ and all 1HD engines. Square port design (FT & FTE). With CT26 turbo flange.

Split pulse exhaust manifold manufactured from SiMo ductile cast iron. A split pulse exhaust manifold provides a significant improvement over traditional merge or log-type manifold by keeping the exhaust pulses separated before they enter the turbine housing. This results in increased cylinder scavenging, increased torque and power across the RPM range, as well as better response from the turbocharger.

This is a limited run of exhaust manifolds acquired from a supplier of a company that has since ceased trading. There is a limited number only and once they are gone, we will be moving to a slightly different design, which will have a few small changes and additions to cater to people wanting to run external wastegates.

The port design is square, to work with the 1HD-FT & 1HD-FTE. But will also bolt on and work flawlessly with the 1HZ and 1HD-T engines.

Perfect to couple with a CT26 based turbocharger while turbocharging a naturally aspirated 1HZ. If you have a T3 turbo flange please take a look at our 1HZ Exhaust Manifold with T3 flange instead.

Exhaust manifold finish

The exhaust manifold will come as a raw finished product or HPC coated in extreme temp black - please choose when placing the order.

All exhaust manifolds will come with:

- Turbine to manifold gasket.

- High tensile steel studs (or optional Inconel Studs).

- Stainless washers.

- Wurth copper-coated lock nuts.

Our Inconel 625 Studs are also an option (if required) for extreme temp applications.

FREIGHT

There will be various options for freight which will highly depend on how urgent the product needs to be delivered. Road freight is usually a maximum of 7-12 days from East coast to West coast and also the cheapest option.
