This kit is designed to remove every component of the EGR system on the ZD30 DI engine

Kit includes:

- 10mm stainless CNC blanking plates

- Blanking plugs for the engine block

- All stainless fixtures

- Will require EGR to be turned off in the Ecu, for no engine lights etc.

- Kit is easier to install with engine removed, as shown in photos

- Will require significant work for installation if engine is left in

*Who can turn off the EGR in the ECU?

- Powercurve

- Border Automotive

- East Coast Tuning

*ECU can be sent away to be mail tuned. Vehicle will be safe to drive in the meantime.
