This is our more Entry Level Front Mount Intercooler kit for the GU TD42. 

We've designed this kit, as a more budget friendly option, for those wanting to upgrade their system to stainless steel.

  

This kit is designed to suit a Factory Low Mount ht18 Turbo and a factory positioned Aftermarket Low Mount Turbo with a 2" outlet. - Please select the right option.

- Suits Auto and Manual Vehicles
- Retains the Factory thermo fan
- Retains Factory power steering cooler (brackets flipped - need to remount lower)
- Includes a Aeroflow Cooler (600x300x76mm)
- CNC cut and folded brackets
- Includes 2.5” hot and cold stainless pipework
- Includes a new Intake manifold elbow
- Includes CNC machined boss with x3 boost outlets
- Bed rolled ends
- Includes all joiners, clamps & hardware
- Requires 2x 3" holes to be cut in Rad support, for pipework to fit
- Suits both the Wide Rad and Narrow Rad
- Suits S1-3 and S4 models
- Suits TI engines
    
    

Please note: this is designed to suit the Genuine Factory Front Bar (steel).  This kit was fabricated and designed to fit alongside our airbox and intake kits.
